the monstrosity of Nutriscore on one hand and an attempt to inform on the other hand.

The Italians are rather serious! And they presented two days ago their approach, called Nutrinform, where the size of the portions are taken into account.

Nutriscore does not take into account portion sizes but all labelling is per 100g of food.

But, we will never eat 100g of honey or 100g of olive oil!

My final year Food Science and Health students at UL are working on Nutriscore and they are going to suggest corrections on the current Nutriscore algorithm...
